Refund & Return
1. Scope & Acceptance
This policy applies to all purchases made via the Red Lemon website. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
You must be over 18 years old, or use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.
2. Return & Replacement Conditions
If your item is damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, notify us within 2 days of delivery to request a replacement. Claims beyond this window may not be accepted.
Once verified, we'll process a replacement or refund. Frivolous claims may result in legal action.
3. Return Process
Return the item in its original condition, with tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, invoice, etc. within 15 days.
We'll arrange a pick-up via our logistics partner.
4. Refund Details
- If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund you once we verify the returned product.
Refund method:
- Online payment → refunded to the original source account
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → refunded to your bank account (details required)
- Refunds are processed within 1 day after receiving and verifying the returned product.
