1. Scope & Acceptance
This policy applies to all purchases made via the Red Lemon website. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
You must be over 18 years old, or use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.

2. No Return / Refund Policy
At Red Lemon, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy on all purchases.
Exceptions are allowed only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Defective item

Colour mismatch / wrong colour received
Any requests outside these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Return & Replacement Conditions
If your item falls under the eligible exceptions mentioned above, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. Claims beyond this window may not be accepted.
Once verified, we will process a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
Frivolous or false claims may result in rejection of the request.
4. Return Process (For Approved Cases Only)
For approved cases, the product must be returned in its original condition, along with:

Tags and labels intact

Original packaging
-
Invoice, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories (if any)
A pickup will be arranged via our logistics partner.
5. Refund Details (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be processed if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Refund Method:

Online Payments → Refunded to the original source account

Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded to your bank account (details required)
Refunds are processed within 1 working day after receiving and verifying the returned product.
