Warranty Policy
Your bag comes with a 1-year warranty that covers only the zipper and stitching. You can make a warranty claim if there are issues with the zipper or stitching, or if there is a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Zipper Issues: If the zipper breaks, malfunctions, or doesn't work smoothly, it's covered under the warranty.
- Stitching Problems: If the stitching comes undone, tears, or shows any defects, you can claim it under the warranty.
- Manufacturing Defects: If there is a defect in the material or workmanship that occurred during the manufacturing process, it is also covered.
Exclusions:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage that occurs from regular use (like fading or slight wear) is not covered.
- Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or external factors is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Service Process:
- Submit Claim My Warranty From:
- Fill out a warranty claim form if required, either online or via email. Attach the necessary documents, such as proof of purchase and photos of the defect
- Our Team will reach out to you via email or phone – For Claim Status
- If your warranty claim has been approved then go to the 2nd step.
- Shipping the Bag:
- One-Side Courier Charge:
- You Pay: You will need to cover the courier cost for sending the bag to the company or service centre for inspection.
- Company Pays: The Company will cover the return shipping cost after the bag has been repaired or replaced.
- Pack the bag securely and ship it to the provided address.
- Inspection and Response:
- The company will inspect the bag upon receipt to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- If approved, they will proceed with repairing or replacing the bag.
- Receive the Repaired or Replaced Bag:
- The repaired or replaced bag will be shipped back to you at the company’s expense.
- Follow Up:
- If you don't hear back within the expected timeframe, follow up with customer service to check the status of your claim.
This process ensures that both you and the company share the courier costs, making the warranty service more balanced.
